Mission

USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety

Job Description:
  • Lifecycle Manager: Develops and executes lifecycle management plans (LCMPs).

  • Responsible for managing and optimizing the lifecycle of IT assets to SCITLS. Ensures all IT assets are procured, tracked, maintained, and disposed of in alignment with SCITLS requirements, focusing on regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and availability to meet mission-critical needs.

  • Collaborates closely with stakeholders across SCITLS to streamline deployment, management logistics, and optimize inventory resource planning.

Education & Experience: Master's degree in a relevant Engineering discipline and 10+ years of experience

Certifications:

Desired : ITIL 4 Foundations; Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Product Lifecycle Management Professional

Location: Onsite - Offutt AFB, Nebraska - Relocation may be available

Clearance: Must be willing to obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility

The likely salary range for this position is $144,410 - $195,378. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
