Job Title:Office Services Coordinator 2, Perry CountyDepartment:FAES | Morgan County

Position is located in Perry County - New Lexington, Ohio.

This 40 hour per week position serves as primary point of contact for phone-in and walk-in clientele.

Provide office support and assist with the fiscal operations of the Perry County Extension office including maintenance and reconciliation of information. Perform various front office duties. Operate office equipment and troubleshoot when necessary. Ensure all office materials have been properly branded per current OSUE guidelines. Enter and maintain client databases (such as 4-H management and ANR databases). Maintain a high level of professionalism and protect confidential information. Create and maintain records for program registration as requested by all program area Extension Educators. Provide basic office support for all program area Educators.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Pay Range Statement: The pay range for this job profile is $15.86 - $20.74 hourly. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
