Position Summary
The position greets visitors and relays incoming and inter-office calls. Alerts appropriate party of visitor arrival. Greets all visitors courteously, determines their needs, and directs them to the proper person or office. Answers all phone calls and directs calls to the appropriate party. Takes care of Office needs. Demonstrates sensitivity to customer satisfaction; knows customer needs and expectations. Responds quickly to customer; strives to exceed customer expectations.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
