Daily Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming attitude
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Assist with patient check-ins and check-outs
  • Provide client education on preventive care and treatment plans
  • Manage medical records and ensure accurate documentation

Required Skills:

  • Experience with kennel duties and animal restraint
  • Knowledge of veterinary terminology  
  • Strong client communication and education skills
  • Strong Computer skills
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Knowledgeable with AVIMARK software
  • Superb Phone Skills/Etiquette
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Client Education
  • Microsoft Word/Excel knowledge preferred
  • Ability to type Minimum 45 WPM

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with surgical monitoring
  • Familiarity with AVImark 
  • Experience with Vaccination Protocols
  • Ability to perform Injections; SQ / IM
  • Ability to place IVC, Collect lab samples, Urine, Blood and Fecal

Salary and Benefits:

  • Minimum Salary: $44,000.00
  • Maximum Salary: $58,000.00
