Senbesta is a growing wholesale distributor of window products located in Southern California. This role is an administrative function that supports the sales and marketing department of Senbesta. He/She :
- Is responsible for entering orders and working with the shipping department to ensure order gets processed correctly.
- Will need to learn company products and process sample requests and orders as needed
- Sends tracking information to customers using Microsoft Outlook
- Answering phones and questions
- Managing accounts and performing basic bookeeping.
- Performing data entry and analysis
- Processing expenses and sales reports
- Bilingual Spanish/Chinese a plus
