Office Administrative / Bookkeeping Assistant

Senbesta is a growing wholesale distributor of window products located in Southern California. This role is an administrative function that supports the sales and marketing department of Senbesta. He/She :

  • Is responsible for entering orders and working with the shipping department to ensure order gets processed correctly.
  • Will need to learn company products and process sample requests and orders as needed
  • Sends tracking information to customers using Microsoft Outlook
  • Answering phones and questions
  • Managing accounts and performing basic bookeeping.
  • Performing data entry and analysis
  • Processing expenses and sales reports
  • Bilingual Spanish/Chinese a plus
