This role is more than answering phones or checking clients in—it’s about creating a warm, welcoming experience that reflects how much we care about every pet that walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do:
Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage messages with efficiency and empathy
Provide accurate, friendly guidance to clients—before, during, and after visits
Maintain patient records and manage check-in/check-out using Avimark (preferred)
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth clinic flow
Help create a front-desk environment that feels calm, organized, and attentive
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinic, vet hospital, or vet ER (required)
Experience with Avimark software is highly preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
A calm, clear presence in a moderate-paced environment
