Job Description

The location for this position will be our Tamarac office. This location is busy and has multiple providers and specialties under one roof. Our team includes: General dentist who also does endodontics and Invisalign, prosthodontist, periodontist (2 days/month), and 1 hygienists.

Our ideal candidate is a leader with experience in dental management. Dental knowledge is a must. Our office only works by everyone working together as a team as our managers are no different! You lead your team to success with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.

JOB DUTIES:

• Management of staff: scheduling staff, coaching, performance reviews, verifying and approving time cards and time off requests.
• Front office duties: working with front office team member to help answer phones, present treatment plans, schedule patients, verify/bill/post insurance.
• Business management: ensuring that the practice is meeting production and collection goals, ensuring patients are re-appointed, patients are receiving the experience that we strive for.
• Leadership: Working with the providers to lead your team into success. You set the mood for the office from the morning huddle, to celebrating wins and everything in between.
• Treatment plan presentation

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of dental experience
• Experience billing, posting and explaining insurance to patients
• Experience presenting and converting treatment plans

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Customer service experience
• Open Dental experience a plus
• Bi-lingual (spanish/english) a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
