Daily Responsibilities:

• Collect requested data and information from various sources to prepare summaries and written correspondence.
• Coordinate large electronic data transfers to and from operations and outside lawyers.
• Schedule travel, meetings, appointments, and expense reports.
• Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings and conferences.
• Respond to administrative inquiries and resolve questions.

Required Skills:

• Detail-oriented and professional with exceptional communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and reliably with a basic understanding of office equipment.
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks.

Technical Skills:

• Legal document preparation

Minimum Salary: $85,000.00
