Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office procedures
• Manage and maintain staffing
• Manage patient scheduling and appointments
• Oversee insurance billing, claims, and verification
• Manage accounts receivable
• Coordinate treatment planning and file management
• Provide excellent patient care and support

Required Skills:

• Experience in management of a dental practice
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Experience with insurance billing and claims processing
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls and patient inquiries
• Ability to handle employee and patient issues 
• Previous experience in collections and dental billing
