Receiptionist / Administrative Assistant

STC Management is seeking a Receptionist/Adminstrative Assistant to join our team in Whittier, CA 90601. 

Qualifications:

  • Be organized, reliable, self-motivated courteous, patient and compassionate.
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to work as a team player and able to prioritize and perform multiple projects.
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, or other similar computer programs
  • Must have a good command of the English language; Mandarin or Spanish speaking is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

Primarily Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and transfer accordingly
  • Maintain the reception and conference room areas
  • Keep tract of office inventory and inform officer manager accordingly
  • Type and print mailing labels, print stamps and record in register
  • Sort mails by property code, stamp and distribute
  • Mail Tenant statements accordingly
  • Monthly financial statement sorting, scan and mail before 15th of each month
  • Submit stamp register report for each property on 20th of each month
  • Provide support with miscellaneous administrative duties to aid STC Management office in being continually well-managed.
  • As assigned by Office Manager, perform administrative duties necessary to the day-to-day running of the office as a whole in a proactive and committed fashion.

Salary: $33,600.00 - $36,000.00
