If you have experience in the veterinary field and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you. Daily Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Assisting the veterinarian during exams and procedures
• Data entry and retrieval using veterinary business software
• Greeting clients and preparing exam rooms
• Collecting payments and scanning documents
• Performing cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace

Required Skills:

• Experience in mail distribution and sorting
• Ability to provide clerical support to the team
• Knowledge of patient scheduling and registration
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in office procedures and computer skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with insurance verification
• Knowledge of front office operations
• Ability to handle switchboard operations
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing
• Experience in ordering supplies and maintaining inventory

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $20,000 to $40,000, health insurance, 401(k) options, vacation leave, sick leave, holiday pay, and paid time off.
